夏南一社区前身为传统典型的城市旧街区，街区内的建筑由于建造年代不一，使得街区外立面多样不一，同时建筑年久失修，使得街区风貌较为杂乱无章。街区广场地面破损严重，严重影响了区民使用。社区的东面为社区主要入口，南面临河，西面是佛山一环高速路，北面则是住宅区域。竖梁社对部分区域进行先锋示范区改造提升，包括建筑活化、街区外立面的修复、更新，景观及公共设施提升，标识系统及公共艺术等。社区综合提升过程中，我们保留社区原有的肌理脉络，通过木材、混凝土、青石板等富有肌理的材质进行改造更新，既保留社区原有氛围，又为社区焕发新的生命力。

At the same time, the buildings were in disrepair, making the block style more chaotic. The ground of the block square was seriously damaged, which seriously affected the residents' use. The east of the community is the main entrance of the community, the south faces the river, the west is the Foshan First Ring Expressway, and the north is the residential area. The Upright Club has carried out the renovation and upgrading of the pioneer demonstration area in some areas, including building revitalization, the restoration and renewal of the external facade of the block, the upgrading of landscape and public facilities, the sign system and public art, etc. In the process of comprehensive improvement of the community, we retain the original texture of the community and renovate and renew it through wood, concrete, bluestone and other textured materials, which not only preserves the original atmosphere of the community, but also rejuvenates the community.
