我们主要通过3个空间来实现LIFE-TECH&LIFE-PARK这个核心概念，第一是设置入口庭院。科技园区范围内的办公楼室外环境大部分为硬质铺地，缺乏人行与停留的空间，所以在靠近高新南一路的入口广场作为企业形象相关的Life-Park，结合企业文化及地域需求，希望营造出在高新区独树一帜的生态街区公园。第二是在每层北侧设置休闲露台，为每层的办公人员提供工作时间休息交流的小空间。第三是在顶层部分，通过退台的方式，形成屋顶花园，可以满足一定的公司活动需求。立面上我们利用先健科技的logo——心脏形状—做了变形，成为立体线条装饰立面。

为了获得更好的景观面，我们将大厦的核心筒设置在大厦北侧，成为“偏心筒”布局。这样的建筑结构布局，提高了内部空间的利用率，减少交通面积。纵向面，在整栋建筑内加入多个2层通高，用作研发展厅或休闲空间。

We mainly realize the core concept of LIFE-TECH & LIFE-PARK through three spaces. The first is to set the entrance courtyard. The outdoor environment of office buildings within the Science and Technology Park is mostly hard paved, lacking space for people to walk and stay. Therefore, Life-Park, which is related to corporate image, is located in the entrance plaza near Gaoxin Nanyi Road, combining corporate culture and geographical needs. Create an eco-block park that is unique in the high-tech zone. The second is to set up a leisure terrace on the north side of each floor to provide a small space for office workers on each floor to rest and exchange work hours. The third is in the top part, through the way of retreating, forming a roof garden, which can meet certain corporate activities. On the façade, we used the logo of the first health technology - the shape of the heart - to make a deformation and become a three-dimensional line decorative facade.

In order to get a better landscape, we set the core tube of the building on the north side of the building, which became the “eccentric tube” layout. Such a structural layout of the building improves the utilization of the internal space and reduces the traffic area. In the longitudinal direction, multiple 2-storey pass heights are added to the entire building to serve as a research development hall or leisure space.
