Under the principle of retaining the space texture of the original factory area, the new building and the old building are precise. Harmony and coexistence creates a comfortable consumption scene. The core reserved area is centered on the “Factory Director's Office” built of stone, combined with the boundary of the newly-built residential parking lot, and “adding a small yard” to create a bumpy interface. At the same time, the designer retained the use of the porch elements that used to transport sugar cane (sugar raw materials) to bridge the huge difference between Binjiang Road and the site, emphasizing the axis relationship between the main commercial hall and the tour route, and clarifying the entry of the main plaza space. Order also solves the problem of spatial connection between residential areas and commercial areas. A large number of mango trees originally grown in the old sugar factory were preserved and transplanted to the appropriate place according to the needs of the spatial sequence. The old eucalyptus trees with long ages were protected and kept in place. . The large chimney of historical relics preserved by the old sugar factory has become the landmark of Vankeli. The first is to set the entrance courtyard. The outdoor environment of office buildings within the Science and Technology Park is mostly hard paved, lacking space for people to walk and stay. Therefore, Life-Park, which is related to corporate image, is located in the entrance plaza near Gaoxin Nanyi Road, combining corporate culture and geographical needs. We used gray aluminum steel to change it into an irregular box shape, which weakened the horizontal flatness of the window and the gradient orange (ie the logo color of Jiadu) The aluminum veneer is wrapped around the window frame to make the building look technical and sullen.       <image:caption>项目地址 | Location 广州天河区 | Tianhe District, Guangzhou 项目规模 | Scale 13810.25 ㎡ 设计时间 | Design time 2019.12 - 2020.04 竣工时间 | Completion time 2021.02 佳都未来社区位于天河科技园科韵园区内，该园区与羊城创意园、红专厂创意园邻近，均仅距10 分钟的路程。园区交通便利，紧邻科韵路和黄埔大道中路，地铁五号线员村站和科韵站也紧邻。园区原来业态主要用于办公，氛围较为单一乏味，而且多为封闭且有一定年份的建筑，整体感觉较为沉暗，缺乏活力。 本项目是作为一期的延续，作为一种对科技产业具象化的表现，从一期开始我们就使用立体二维码的主题。由于建筑位于园区内部，建筑群之间间距较小，建筑本体更多是一种断面或局部的形象出现在人们眼中，相对于一期，我们更强调首层空间的辨识度，对南北入口和主要转角位进行重点打造，使用鲜艳的主题色，让人们能在园区中轻易找到这里。</image:caption>

      <image:caption>项目地址 | Location 佛山市南海区 | Nanhai District, Foshan 项目规模 | Scale 55010 ㎡ 设计时间 | Design time 2019.4-2019.9 学校的教学楼与宿舍楼总平面上采用分散式的布局方式，单体设计上采用挖空的方式形成空中院落空间，增加观景和趣味空间。建筑悬挑出的平台和盒子促进了不同楼层之间的视线交流，同时也扩大了走廊活动范围。通过加入盒子增加建筑空间趣味性，同时教与学将在空间上和行为上蔓延至建筑的每个角落。 景观设计结合学校的教育理念，“新六艺”教育德、智、体、美、劳、群，创造更多的可激发学生创造力的空间，我们希望可以有很多的非正式上课空间让师生自发创建有趣的活动，例如“美”对应的场地，既可以提供器乐表演、歌唱表演或者体育活动的空间；“群”、“德”形成了中西长廊，可以让学生课间或者自由活动的时候在这个空间里进行讨论对弈等等。</image:caption>

      <image:caption>项目地址 | Location 佛山市南海区 | Nanhai District, Foshan 项目规模 | Scale 83400 ㎡ 设计时间 | Design time 2020.07-2021.07 南海实验中学金桂校区是一所拥有48 班的寄宿制初中学校，容积率达到1.27。学校北临城市主干道清风路，西为石龙北路，东为规划支路，南至南海一中。设计注重探索在符合基本功能的同时，中学校园还需要什么，意在营造更有活力的公园式校园空间。 校区按操场以西、以东分为教学区和生活区。除教学楼、行政楼和宿舍楼外，学校内部还设置有千人报告厅、体育馆、恒温标准游泳馆、3300 人饭堂、地下停车库等。 项目采用方正布置，行列串联的手法，将大体量的空间放置于地下和楼栋首层，它们的屋顶被设计成不同起伏形态的开放绿色平台，结合教学楼架空层的高低山丘与各楼栋内点状分布的休息平台，为师生提供多层次的公共空间和兼顾实用与趣味性的流线。同时，重复的构件元素利于标准化和模块化体系的实现，结合明快的色彩搭配，契合学校严谨且欢快的多元特点。</image:caption>

The final solution is based on digital processing. All of the hundreds of MDF boards are cut and processed with digital controlled machines. The materialized models by computers can work well with the digital process, which makes perfect procedure. The summary of the actual procedure: 1. Research on abstract geometry forms. 2. Research on the formal organization logics based on the basic shapes. 3. Recreate the abstract geometry forms with new organizational logics. 4. Research on the materials for the abstract geometry forms. 5. Deep explorations into the construction dimension of the materialized geometry forms. 6. Data based on the informational models. 7.       <image:caption>项目状态 | Status 建成 | Completed 项目位置 | Location 广州市天河区 | Tianhe District, Guangzhou 项目规模 | Scale 5米长，2.5米高 | length 5m，height 2.5m 项目年份 | Year 2009.9-2010.2 | 9/2009-2/2010 通过分析凡•艾克雕塑馆生成的"曲墙"作为建造的实施方案，并放置在华南理工大学建筑系楼入口门厅，希望使用数字条件下的重要工具--数控机床，去"物化"得到的数字形式。生成的形式到建造之间有一个重要的设计转换。首先，把光滑曲墙变成"等高线墙"的方式；其次，在选定的中密度板的最大尺寸之内，把曲墙分段，并形成通透的连续肌理；再次，根据每两块板可以两个点进行定位的原则，在两块板交接的地方预先设定竖向钢筋的位置，那么钢筋既起了稳定作用，又起了定位的作用，但由于曲墙在剖面上呈现变截面状态，中部钢筋就分一小截一小截地安放。 This execution solution starts from the Curved Wall generated in Van Eyck’s sculpture museum. This works is located in the entrance hall of the Architecture Department in South China University of Technology, with an attempt to employ the digital controlled machine, a significant tool under the digital situations, to materialize the workshop for the digital form. There exists a crucial design conversion between this generated form and the construction. First of all, smooth curved walls are turned into contour line walls. Then, within the maximum size of the selected mid-density boards, the curved walls are divided into sections and therefore transparent and continuous textures are formed. After this, based on the principle that two points can be located for every two boards, steels are located in the preset positions vertically between the conjoint of two boards. This makes the steels reveal their usages of both stabilization and positioning. However as the curved walls are showing changing faces at the cut level, the steels in the middle are placed bit by bit.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>项目状态 | Status 深化中 | Deepening 项目位置 | Location 天津市滨海新区 | Tianjin Binhai New Area 业主 | Proprietor 天津宝纳投资有限公司 | Baona Investment Company, Tianjin 项目规模 | Scale 14000平方米 | 14000 sqm 项目年份 | Year 2013 | 2013 天津一大街酒店位于塘沽第一大街上。建筑采用方体式设计，既是场地与环境限制的产物，也希望通过建筑表现现代建筑硬朗、挺拔、简洁的风格。由于基地具有进深浅，面宽阔的特点，长条式的布局能最大程度利用土地，同时具有良好的楼层客房结构，内部服务简洁，服务效率高。屋顶采用了退台式设计，最大程度地利用了日照间距，同时也形成了错落有致的轮廓线。同时，东侧转角处的独立体量，位于第一大街与翠园路的交叉口，形象突出，予以酒店独特的标志性。酒店采用了清水混凝土挂板为主体材料。清水混凝土挂板的美来自于设计与施工的完美发挥，需具备有成熟的技术，体现了现代建筑技术的成就，因此常为重要而高端的项目所选择。清水混凝土挂板的简洁给纷繁复杂的都市带来了视觉上上宁静，凸显了工艺之美，是一种深层次的美学。此外，立面开窗采用了透明玻璃与半透明的U形玻璃交错。U形玻璃在夜晚能透光，在白天则表现如云石般硬朗，在透明玻璃的轻盈与清水混凝土挂板的厚重中间，以其可变的，暧昧的材质，营造一种微妙的关系。同时U玻半透明的特性也平衡了采光与隐私的需求。 1st Avenue Hotel is located in Tanggu 1st street. Along with the urbanization, the renovation of Enning Road district has been highly anticipated, but difficult to implement. Until 2016, the developer Vanke had a chance to transformed Enning Rd into a multi-program urban complex. Starting from the very beginning, we worked with the developer in early scheme phase. With their resources in realestate,making sure the project could bring back real urban activity and real programs as many as possible, instead of another old town image for tourists. The heritage of old houses are restored, renovated, and structurally reinforced, the historical features restored as faithfully as possible. On the other hand, elements of transparency, openness, flexibility, and dramatic scenes are introduced for nowadays needs. The old-and- new collisions make the neighborhood glow with a new spirit. The design has an ambition in using small-scale space original, facade and other traditional way to find a better yet more practical way of revitalisation. The Project had a great response in public. It has been highly praised by the Guangzhou Bureau of Renewal and has become an example of “micro-reconstruction”and serve as a valuable reference for upcoming old town revitalization in many cities. This rearrangement consisted of 2 parts: one is to beautify the urban landscape along the Pearl River Beer Factory, the other one is to create activity space for the city. The design method of the vertical beam society is to start from the landscape-style building. Due to the very strict height restrictions along the Pearl River, it means that the building volume should be dispelled. At the same time, in order to create a place for public activities, it is hoped to increase the square with agglomeration effect in the linear space along the Pearl River. Therefore, the final form adopts the form of staggered intersecting lines. This line form forms a set of formal systems, which not only echoes the tides and tides of the original Pearl River, but also has formalized formal logic features. This formal system not only dissipates the building volume, but also creates different urban communication spaces so that it can attract various commercial activities after use.       <image:caption>项目地址 | Location 顺德区伦教街道新苑路 | Xinyuan Road, Lunjiao Street, Shunde District 项目规模 | Scale 12262 ㎡ 设计时间 | Design time 2020.08-2020.12 顺德历史上纱绸行业的鼎盛期是 20 世纪 20 年代，其中主要分布点之一正是伦教，彼时丝织厂多达数千家。后因人造丝问世，广东丝绸业受到严重打击。建国初期，政府通过组织生产自救，对生产户、厂进行调整合并，组建新工厂。伦教丝织厂与轻工机械厂为伦教的工业化与城镇化作出了不可磨灭的贡献，也是很多当地人的回忆。在本次设计中，我们提取了传统元素——丝织，将丝、纱的概念抽象为线条，并将其作为设计要素辐射到整个场地。首先，我们通过两套轴网的叠加与线条的灵活应用，从铺地上对整个场地进行了规整。其次，我们在选定的几个重要公共空间，灵活使用丝线的元素进行打造，与丝织厂的历史遥相呼应的同时，形成新的空间特质，吸引人流，以重新激活这个有着辉煌历史的场地。</image:caption>
